The Housing
Program helps the homeless find permanent and transitional housing. It ensures that
a broad range of services are provided
to homeless families and individuals. The Housing Program has a number
of projects, including:
ACCESS
(Albuquerque's
Continuum of Care for Enhanced Support Services): Albuquerque's first coordinated effort to provide integrated services
among member community agencies, including Healthcare for the Homeless, St. Martin's Hospitality Center and the Women's Community Association.

Partners in Housing: Provides permanent housing for homeless disabled individuals and families with at least one disabled member. Provides services that include referrals to other community resources.
